Presence at the Horizon 2020 Transport Info Day and TRIMIS portal were presented in the Spanish Railways Technological Platform Bulletin (Boletin PTFE) of 15 December 2017.

On Wednesday, 13 December 2017 attended the  Horizon 2020 Transport Info Day in Brussels presenting TRIMIS as a support tool for transport Research and Innovation. The Info Day addressed potential applicants to the Horizon 2020 ‘Smart, green and integrated transport’ calls for funding under the 2018-2020 Horizon 2020 Work Programme, with focus on funding opportunities in 2018.

New article publication in Global NEST Journal, Volume 17 Issue 4, entitled “Investigation of the diachronic development of CO2 emission levels in relation to traffic characteristics along major road axes during an era of recession: The case of Greece“.

On Wednesday, 25 October 2017 attended Putting Science into Standards ‘Railways of the Future’ Workshop (hosted by CEN-CENELEC and the Joint Research Centre, EC in Brussels) as a speaker presenting TRIMIS as a support tool for transport R&I horizon scanning.

New article entitled “Sustainable urban mobility at local level. The case of ”40 Ekklisies” settlement in Municipality of Thessaloniki, Greece” presented at the 8th International Congress on Transportation Research in Greece that was held in Thessaloniki, Greece between 27-29 September 2017.
